A group reservation of 5 persons or more requires a 50% deposit on confirmation of the reservation. Should a group wish to cancel their booking, they are kindly requested to provide at least one weeks’ notice or the full cost of the group booking will be charged. A no-show on the day from one of the group’s guests will result in the full cost of her treatment or package being charged for.
