Yoyoy Kamphora Spa Loyalty Card Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • The Yoyoy Kamphora Spa Loyalty Card is open to all customers.
  • The card may be shared among family and friends, but stamps and rewards are non-transferable between cards.

2. Earning Stamps

  • Earn 1 stamp for every paid service worth RM150 or more (exclusive of SST) in a single transaction.
  • Stamps are only awarded for services completed at participating spa locations.
  • Stamps cannot be earned on discounted services, promotional offers, or package deals unless specifically stated.

3. Rewards

  • Redeem your exclusive rewards by collecting the required number of stamps:
    • 5 Stamps:
      FREE Totok Wajah (30 minutes)

    • 10 Stamps:
      FREE Vitamin C Facial (60 minutes)
  • Rewards are subject to availability and must be redeemed at the time of booking.
  • Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, alternative services, or combined with other promotions.

4. Participating Locations

Rewards can only be redeemed at these Yoyoy Kamphora Spa locations:

  • Ayer@8, Putrajaya (Ladies Only)
  • Taman Melawati (Ladies Only)

5. Validity

  • Loyalty cards and collected stamps are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
  • Stamps and rewards not redeemed within this period will expire and cannot be extended.

6. General Conditions

  • The loyalty card must be presented at the time of payment to earn stamps.
  • Lost or damaged cards will not be replaced, and stamps cannot be transferred to a new card.
  • Yoyoy Kamphora Spa reserves the right to amend or discontinue the loyalty program, rewards, or terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • Any fraudulent activity, such as tampering with stamps, will result in disqualification from the program and forfeiture of rewards.
  • By using the loyalty card, customers agree to these terms and conditions.
